2. About Cozy Living 169
Cozy Living 169 is the personal brand of Yance, a property agent serving premium areas across North Jakarta and Tangerang. Property transactions are handled through LOT Property, a licensed agency based in Tangerang. When you work with me, you deal with me directly, while LOT Property handles the formal side of each deal.
3. Services Offered
I help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial property in areas including PIK 1, PIK 2, BSD City, Alam Sutera, Gading Serpong, Paramount Serpong, and Karawaci. The property types I work with cover houses, apartments, shophouses, office buildings, land plots, and villas.
4. Property Information & Listings
Prices, specifications, photos, and availability shown or shared can change without notice. Nothing on this site counts as a binding offer. Final details are always confirmed directly before any transaction moves forward. I work to keep information accurate, but I cannot promise every figure is current at the exact moment you read it.
5. Your Responsibilities
When you contact me or submit the form, please provide accurate information so I can help you properly. Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt how it runs. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the details you share with me.
6. Property Transactions & LOT Property
Every purchase, sale, or lease runs through LOT Property under standard agency practice. The closing process, paperwork, and payment terms follow what is agreed between you, the other party, and the agency. I guide you through each step, but the legal agreement sits between the parties involved in the deal.
7. Fees & Commission
Agency commission and any related fees follow the standard terms set by LOT Property, and they are explained openly before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges from my side. You will know what applies before a transaction proceeds.
8. Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, the logo, the brand name, and the layout, belongs to Cozy Living 169 unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. Property photos and developer materials may belong to their respective owners.

These terms and conditions follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be settled through discussion falls under the jurisdiction of the Tangerang District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang).
